Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival is a registered charity and works with Chestnut Tree House to provide live art experiences for life-limited children from Sussex via their Umbrella Club.
Brighton Dome is committed to providing a ground-breaking arts programme that touches and enriches hundreds of lives in Brighton & Hove and beyond. Brighton Dome works with artists, performers and companies to provide year round experiences that expand possibilities, develop skills and have the power to transform lives. Each year the work of Brighton Dome’s Creative Learning team reaches over 15,000 people, many of whom wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to access the arts.
Andrew Comben, Chief Executive of Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival said: ‘We are delighted to be working with Chestnut Tree House on the Big Heart charity auction. The project not only enables us to build on our partnership work with Chestnut Tree House through the Umbrella Club; Brighton Dome’s membership club for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their siblings and carers, but also to showcase and support the work of the local artistic community who have generously donated to the auction.’
20% of money raised from the Big Heart auction will go to help fund these projects.
